Genuine Leathers Designs Store Policies;

  1. Returns accepted within the first 30 days of purchase. Shirt must be clean, never worn and in original plastic covering. All reasonable claims accepted; too big, too small, not a good fit, didn’t like it. (Any shirt returned that is dirty, smelly, obviously not in new condition will not be accepted for return.) Refunds granted provided an exchange isn’t wanted and in the conditions described. Store credit is an option as well.
  2. Exchanges are encouraged and welcomed and must be made with a clean and not worn shirt, and within 30 days of purchase and in the original plastic covering. If the desired shirt for exchange is of a greater value than the returned shirt, an invoice of the difference must be paid before the new shirt is shipped.
  3. All Custom Orders are FINAL SALE and not returnable. Please make sure that whatever you ask for is what is wanted/acceptable.
  4. All in stock shirts are processed and shipped within one business day. If a shirt is not in stock but can be ordered, it should only take a week to ship that shirt. (Example; you want a Be A Man print but it’s Sold Out, I can make it and get it shipped within a week. Groovy? Cool!)  All custom orders will be shipped when completed; the window of shipping will be discussed beforehand. All items shipped via USPS with tracking numbers; FedEx offered upon request and may entail more shipping charges. Shipping within the USA and Canada only at this time. APO is acceptable, and anyone in Europe can ask and we’ll find a solution!
  5. GLD will not share your personal information with any other person, place or thing. Your info is safe with us! Not responsible for the actions of any hackers to this site, though. If they got you, they get me, too. (Damn hackers.)
  6. All questions and requests will be answered in as timely manner as possible, usually within one business day. Emails are checked over the weekend, so you won’t have to wait long at all. Let’s do this!
